Parking

Please park in space #H53 or in any visitors parking space. Parking in any other space may result in being towed at your expense. 

 

How should I prepare?

You should come to your appointment showered and without make-up. Please no heels.

 

Cancellation policy

We take extraordinary care to ensure that you have an exquisite experience at Maha Medani Beauty & Health Care Spa. With this in mind it is important that we set some expectations around the time you will spend with us. 

Maha Medani Beauty & Health Care sources our essential perfumes, incense, oils  and wood from Sudan, Dubai and around the world. We take great personal care in preparing the materials by hand, in a traditional, natural manner in readying for you and your group’s visit. 

We understand that life happens and that you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment 48hrs in advance on mahamedani.com. 

If you must reschedule or cancel less than 48hrs in advance there will be a $20 cancellation fee for Monday - Friday appointments and a $30 cancellation fee for Saturday and Sunday appointments. 

 

Late Policy

The times slots noted on our services page includes a 15-minute grace period in the beginning of your appointment time in the event you arrive a bit late; and a 15-minute consultation time at the end of your appointment time if you choose to use it, a total of 30-minutes.   

If you think you will arrive between 15-30 minutes late please give us a call (240-938-7254) so we can discuss your service options. In this case we expect to be able to keep your appointment through sticking to a strict timetable in providing your service. 

At 31 minutes late or more we will regrettably have to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment with the appropriate cancellation fee applied (please see above). 

 

Weather policy

In the event there is heavy rain, extreme cold (below 32 degrees Fahrenheit ) or excessive wind please contact us to confirm our ability to provide you with an exquisite experience.
